Edward J. Farrelly

1991-Present Mr.
Farrelly, the founder of Farrelly Building Services, Inc. is actively
involved in all facets of the company's operations. He has extensive
experience in the operations and maintenance of commercial buildings as
both Chief Engineer and as Director of Engineering. He has an excellent
record in effectively working with bargaining unit representatives in
negotiating and administering.
Previous Experience
1977-1991 At Heitman Properties,
Ltd., Mr. Farrelly served as Director of Engineering and had direct
responsibility for all engineering requirements for commercial
properties nationwide. He developed the initial requirements for the
Engineering Department and established the staffing. In addition, he was
actively involved in building inspection for new property acquisitions.
He used innovative ideas in establishing effective operating and
maintenance programs and maintained a strong labor relations record.
1963-1977 Mr. Farrelly served as
Chief Engineer for R.H. Macy in New York. He directed a staff of eight
engineers in leading the operations and maintenance programs at the
company's major retail stores.
1960-1963 With Revlon Cosmetics in
New York City, Mr. Farrelly served as Chief Engineer for the startup and
operation of the Revlon Research Center. Because of the nature of
Revlon's research, the research center had extremely stringent
requirements for building climate control, with twenty separate
constant-temperature laboratories.
1958-1960 Mr. Farrelly directed the
startup operations as Chief Engineer at the House of Revlon in
Manhattan. He was responsible for building operations including the
development of maintenance schedules for the new facility.

President Farrelly Building Services, Inc.
1995-Present Mr. Farrelly is
directly responsible for the administration and management of Farrelly
Building Services Eastern Regional Office located in New York, including
all contracts assigned to that region. He has extensive experience in
managing diverse projects, both domestic and international, and has a
strong background in energy management.
Previous Experience
1994-1995 At Cubic Toll Systems,
NY, Mr. Farrelly was a Program Manager with the responsibility for
leading the development and delivery of a "state of the art" electronic
toll collection and auditing system. He was responsible for the program
management of the system integration and computer upgrade for five toll
plazas for the Harris County (Houston, Texas) Toll Road Authority.
1993-1994 Mr. Farrelly was a
Project Manager at Wilson Management Associates, Inc., NY whose
responsibilities included providing comprehensive consulting services on
project and construction claims management. These activities included
performing detailed project management audits, advising on effective
project planning and scheduling from conceptual planning through design
and construction, and evaluating, preparing and presenting contract
claims.
1989-1993 At Asea Brown Boveri, Inc., NY, Mr. Farrelly was Director
of Projects - Power Plant Controls. In this capacity he was directly
responsible for profit and loss, technical assurance, scheduled
performance for all projects. Supervising both Project Managers and
Project Support Groups, he established project management standards and
procedures which improved internal quality of work and formed the basis
for the company's efforts to obtain ISO 9000 approval.
1974-1989 Mr. Farrelly was a
Project Manager with Ebasco Services, Inc., NY and supervised and guided
project engineering teams in accordance with schedules, budget, and
scope of work. He developed and implemented procedures and controls to
monitor actual progress and expenditures against scheduled programs and
budgets as well as monitoring cash requirements and flow. Mr. Farrelly
managed a three-company consortium for a U.S. government contract in
Pakistan, and lead a multi-disciplined engineering team in coordination
with six international companies in The Peoples' Republic of China.
