| Over the past fourteen years, we have grown
from servicing five buildings in Chicago and Philadelphia to over 18
properties throughout the United States. More than eighty building
engineers are employed at these properties in San Francisco, Chicago,
Cleveland, Philadelphia, Washington DC and other cities. During this
time we have been successful in adding to our client base (reference
List of Clients). We have approached this growth in a slow and steady
manner with the customers and gaining a reputation for quality,
professionalism, and responsiveness to our customers.
In 1996, we made a strategic decision to pursue
engineering maintenance services to the government sector. At this time,
many of the government agencies responsible for public buildings had
begun to focus more on leasing results, client (tenant) relationships
and property innovations - issues which have always been critical to
commercial clients. Our first contract with the government, to provide
mechanical maintenance at the Post Office and Federal Buildings in
Phoenix, Arizona for the U.S. General Services Administration has proved
successful to both ourselves and our customer. A subsequent contract
with the General Services Administration in Washington DC for preventive
maintenance services grew from an initial staff of four to a final staff
of twenty.
In July 2000, the company was awarded the
mechanical/elevator maintenance contract at the U.S. Court House in
White Plains, NY. The company continues to pursue opportunities in both
the commercial and government markets utilizing the knowledge and
experience gained from our existing contracts.
The main service that we provide to our various
clients who own and manage commercial and government buildings is to
allow them to concentrate on the needs of their tenants, visitors and
customers. We believe that one of the most important qualities that a
building maintenance contractor must possess is a consistently positive
attitude toward the tenants of its client's building. Most tenants
require a positive response to their operational concerns for building(s)
services and expect consistently supportive results. Our experience with
many different buildings, as well as clients and tenants, has exposed us
to the different processes and unique facilities' requirements. A
building is more than just a building, it is a valuable asset that
should be maintained, preserved and enhanced. By performing our services
in an efficient and cost-effective manner, we not only maintain the hard
assets of the building, but ultimately satisfy the key components of the
building - the tenants.
Farrelly Building Services recognizes that
meeting our clients' goals requires commitment, perseverance and
innovation on the part of the mechanical maintenance firm. In order to
do this, we have set our own goals of:
- A commitment to providing quality service
by organizing the best team and providing them with the means to
succeed in carrying out our client's objectives.
- Perseverance in focusing all the team
members on the common objectives established and ensuring that each
and every individual diligently executes the plan.
- Allow our clients to concentrate on their
responsibilities to their tenants, visitors and customers.
- Provide a consistently positive attitude
and a prompt response toward the tenants of our client's buildings.
- Solving complex client challenges with
comprehensive and customized solutions.
- Ensure total client satisfaction through
continuous communications between all levels of both organizations.
Adherence to these goals and the goals of our
clients has led, not only to our corporate growth, but most importantly
to growth in a mutually beneficial relationship with our clients. |
